Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your SparkLLM account data, including OAuth login records, account profile metadata, registered host/channel metadata, sessions, and related connection logs.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to quickdial.cs@gmail.com from the email address associated with your SparkLLM account. Use the subject line Delete my SparkLLM account.

If you signed in with Facebook, include the Facebook-linked email address if available, or your SparkLLM account email shown in the product. We may ask for additional verification before deleting data to protect account security.

What Will Be Deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize account records, OAuth identity links, active sessions, registered device/channel records, and operational activity logs associated with the account where deletion is technically and legally permitted.

What May Remain

Some records may be retained for a limited time when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, or dispute resolution. Aggregated website analytics that no longer identify an account may also remain.

Local Device Data

AI conversations, local models, and local files are stored on your own desktop host. To remove local data, delete it directly from your device or uninstall the desktop application and remove its local application data.

Expected Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
