Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of SparkLLM, including the relay website, account services, desktop host connection, mobile or browser clients, AI creation tools, and Sites hosting.

Contracting entity

sparkllm.app LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company

30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States
support@sparkllm.app

Use of the Service

You may use SparkLLM to connect your own devices and access your own AI host. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to attack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the relay infrastructure, or to violate applicable laws or the rights of others. We may suspend or remove access when necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

Acceptable Use Policy (Sites and AI Tools)

Without limiting the preceding Acceptable Use section, you must not use SparkLLM or Sites to create, host, distribute, or promote unlawful or harmful content, phishing, malware, or abuse.

We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or remove Sites, deployments, accounts, or related access when we reasonably believe these rules were violated, or when required by law.

AI Outputs and Creation Tools

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or insecure. They do not constitute professional advice. You must review and validate outputs before relying on them.

You are responsible for prompts, uploaded materials, configuration choices, and downstream use of AI outputs.

Sites Hosting and Generated Output

You are the publisher of your Sites content and remain responsible for its legality and for visitor data processing.

Publishing may require a publisher attestation. That attestation is a publisher commitment—not a waiver of your responsibility and not a substitute for platform moderation duties.

We may review content, retain publish records, limit access modes, suspend or remove deployments, and act on abuse reports.

Local AI Host

SparkLLM is designed to connect to a desktop host controlled by you. You are responsible for the models, files, prompts, responses, and other content processed on your own devices.

Third-Party Services

Sign-in providers such as Google, Apple, GitHub, or Facebook may be used to authenticate your account. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those providers.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkLLM is provided without warranties of any kind. You use the service and any AI output at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkLLM’s aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing waives duties a platform must perform under applicable Chinese law.
