Privacy Policy

SparkLLM helps users connect their own desktop AI host with their browser and mobile devices. This policy explains what the relay service collects and how that information is used.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as email address, OAuth identity identifiers, display name, session tokens, and basic device registration metadata. We also collect connection metadata such as registered host IDs, channel status, client type, timestamps, and operational logs that help devices find and connect to each other.

When you use OAuth sign-in, the provider may send profile information such as your provider ID, name, avatar, and email address when available. We use this only to create and secure your SparkLLM account.

AI Conversations and Local Data

SparkLLM is designed so that AI models and conversation data run on your own desktop host. The relay service forwards connection traffic and does not intentionally store your AI conversation contents as a product feature.

Analytics

We may collect first-party, privacy-preserving website analytics such as page views, approximate visit counts, referrer category, device/browser category, and product events like download or sign-in button clicks. These events are used to improve the service and are not sold to third parties.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate users, connect devices, manage registered hosts and channels, prevent abuse, diagnose reliability issues, provide administrator support, and improve the product experience.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure, hosting, analytics, authentication, or security providers when needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect users and the service.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account and connection metadata while your account is active or as needed for security, operations, and legal obligations. You can request deletion by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
